UI/UX Design
We design the user interface and experience before development starts. Starting with information architecture and wireframes, we progress to high-fidelity designs that are reviewed and approved by you before implementation.

Review feedback at each design stage before the next phase begins.

Development
We build in focused sprints with regular demos. You see working software throughout the process, and feedback is incorporated into each iteration. Our engineering practices include code review, version control, and documentation.
Your Role
Attend demo sessions and provide timely feedback.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Testing is integrated throughout development, not bolted on at the end. We run functional, regression, API, and performance tests to ensure your software meets the defined requirements and works reliably in production conditions.

User acceptance testing of completed features.

Deployment & Launch
We manage the deployment process including infrastructure setup, environment configuration, monitoring, and go-live support. We ensure a smooth launch with rollback capability and post-launch monitoring in place.

DNS updates, domain management (if applicable), and final sign-off.

Maintenance & Growth
